Izvor vitamina B12 za vegane

Informaciju da veganska hrana sadrži sve potrebne sastojke *osim* vitamina B12 naći ćeš na većini *veganskih* web sajtova i u veganskoj literaturi. To ni po čemu nije reklama za veganstvo, naprotiv, to je često argument protiv veganstva. Zato mislim da je besmislena ideja da to pišu da bi nešto prodali.aspalatus je napisao/la:ma cujte, nije problem popit tabletu...to je najlakse, al ja sam nekako dalmatinski dispetozasta i opirem se uvijek kad mi netko pokusava uvaliti neke svoje prozvode ( od kojih zivi) pod MUST...sve mi to lici na svak svog konja hvali i slicno..a drugo, nezamislivo mi je da smo tako "faliveni" odnosno da ne mozemo procistit svoje zivljenje do te mjere da nam ne treba nista sto je iskemijano u nekom laboratoriju...blah mozda sam konzerva![]()
waits istina je da se ne bi trebali igrat sa zdravljem , ali i sam zivot je majstorska igra.
"Nešto" iz laboratorija nam treba zato što smo sjebali prirodu: Koristimo gomile kemikalija koje ubijaju sve živo, pa tako i bakterije koje žive na tlu i na bilju proizvode B12. Živimo krajnje neprirodne živote. Toliko smo na to navikli da to niti ne vidimo.
Zaboravljaš da u zemlji više nema tih bakterija i osiromašena je svime pa i tim kobaltom koji je potreban za nastanak B12.aspalatus je napisao/la:ma cekaj ogi...ti imas vrt jel da? pa nije valjda da nikad nisi pojeop nesto onako jos medu gredicama?ja sam jela i zemlju i jos ponekad imam tu potrebu...mislim da smo svi previse zabrinuti oko cistoce...ok nije da ja sad jedem sve po putu i silicno ali ako imas svoje povrce zasto bi ga morao prati?...mozda od zemlje ako je sve ogoljeno ispod biljke pa kad se zalijeva prska blato po liscu? mozda se ne bi trebalo bas sve tako dobro prati ( mislim na vas koji imate taj blagoslov da imate svoj komadic zemlje)

Meni je jedna prijateljica jednom donjela iz engleske Marmite (marmajt). To je pivski kvasac koji sadrži B12. Mislim da je obogaćen, a ne da se prirodno tu nalazi. Uglavnom, ima ljepljivu konzistenciju. Kao jako gusti med, recimo. I vrlo neobičan okus, jako slan i po kvascu. Mislim da se večini ne bi svidio. Koliko vidim toga bi se trebalo dosta pojesti da bi se podmirila RDA. Teško izvedivo.

mozda je to samo ispiranje mozga...eto mene je bas dojmio taj lik sa svojom obitelji i njegova prica mi je puno bliza intuitivno osjecam da je lik u pravu..ti si 7 godina vegan a on je raw vegan od 72 godine znaci, on je 36 ( rijecima: tridesetsest godina vegan bez tabletica ...i cila njegova obitelj ...vjerovatno kad kuhas hranu onda se i to malo sta ga ima izgubi ali kad jedes sirovo onda je jos uvik tu iako u malim kolicinama ( i ne trebaju nam velike kolicine koliko sam skuzila)miumiu je napisao/la:

Since B12 is the only coenzyme required in this pathway, MMA levels are the best indicators of a B12 deficiency.
High MMA levels can also (but rarely) be caused by genetic defects, kidney failure, low blood volume, gut bacteria changes, pregnancy, and thyroid disease.9,10
